Pallet Flow Racking storage systems use a combination of elevated rails and dynamic components (wheels, rollers, conveyors) within a rack supported structure.  The pallets are loaded at the rear of the system onto the rollers, and driven by gravity, are conveyed down to the front of the system for easy unloading. It is only require an aisle for loading and another aisle for unloading, allowing for the storage of multiple pallet loads back-to-back. As a result, flow systems can offset the need for new construction and reduce a variety of operational expenditures like forklift, labor and energy.

Pallet flow dynamic racks with rails are highly suited to frozen-storage warehouses, food distribution or high-volumes of consumer goods. Gravity flow pallet racks are also good for buffer warehouses and dispatch areas where pallets need to be removed quickly. Every phase of the operation, from how it is fed to required outflows, etc., is carefully considered to provide the most efficient, customized system possible.
