Carton flow picking systems separate picking and stocking aisles for full cartons and split cases to save up to 75 percent of labor costs compared to a static storage solution. It is a gravity-powered racking system where the racks are sloped and aided by rollers or wheels. Carton flow is a vital part in the supply chain?for components at assembly lines and conveyer belt lines.
